Strategic Financial LeaderThe role of a Finance Manager is critical to the success of any organization.As a strategic financial leader, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across our global business.The successful candidate will have a strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.About the RoleOur ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
