Senior Brand Experience Designer (Interior environments)(SEA – Supporting North America Projects)Any location in India (Preferred Delhi/Bangalore)About the RoleM Moser Associates is a global workplace interior design firm dedicated to creating transformative environments for people and organizations.We are expanding our Brand Experience (BE) capability in Southeast Asia to support high-profile North America projects.As a Senior Brand Experience Designer, you will lead the creative development of integrated graphics, environmental branding, signage & wayfinding, and digital storytelling within interior spaces.This role sits at the intersection of graphic design and interior design, crafting brand expressions that connect people with the culture and purpose of an organization through spatial experience.Why Join Us?- Global Reach, Local Base: Work on landmark North America projects from one of our established SEA hubs, collaborating with teams across Asia, North America, and EMEA.- Creative Impact: Lead the vision and execution of brand experience strategies, not just visual outputs.- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with architects, interior designers, and workplace strategists within a global AEC environment.- Professional Growth: Be part of a firm known for its integrated approach to design — combining Architecture, Interiors, Engineering, and Branding to deliver holistic workplace experiences.- Cross-Cultural Engagement: Collaborate in an international, creative environment with diverse perspectives and design thinking.Key Responsibilities- Lead creative direction for brand experience systems: environmental graphics, signage & wayfinding, digital displays, and experiential storytelling.- Develop concepts, mood boards, sketches, prototypes, and final production artwork.- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to integrate graphics seamlessly into spatial environments.- Prepare technical documentation, fabrication details, and vendor-ready specifications.- Mentor junior designers and contribute to developing regional best practices in environmental branding.- Stay current with design trends, material innovation, and digital technology in experiential environments.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Interior Design (or related field).- 7–10+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in environmental graphics, signage/wayfinding, or experiential design.- Strong understanding of spatial design and interior environments (prior interior experience is a plus but not required).- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization tools, and familiarity with fabrication and materials.- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) for presentations and documentation.- Proven ability to collaborate with remote, cross-regional teams across time zones.- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving creative outcomes.What We Offer- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits (health, insurance, allowances).- Opportunities to work from our SEA hubs while contributing to global projects.- Collaboration with industry-leading designers across continents.- A creative, open, and supportive environment encouraging innovation and professional growth.- Occasional travel for project coordination or global workshops.
