Role Overview Sthira Architects is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical drafting abilities, excellent accuracy, and a solid understanding of architectural working and approval drawings. Experience with UDCPR (Maharashtra) regulations is essential, along with the ability to collaborate closely with architects and project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare approval drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction-ready documentation Ensure complete compliance with UDCPR Maharashtra regulations and relevant building by-laws Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants for drawing updates, clarifications, and coordination Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of drawings across all project stages Revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site requirements Organize, maintain, and update project documentation and drawing sets Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience as a Draftsman in an architectural or design firm Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Experience in preparing working drawings, approval drawings, and detailed construction sets Good understanding of UDCPR norms, development control regulations, and building by-laws Ability to interpret design sketches and convert them into precise, technically accurate drawings Attention to detail with strong communication and coordination skills Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Draftsmanship or a related technical field (preferred)
