About the job
As a Technical Recruiter in Flexton, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top Software Developers and Engineers for our clients in U.S.
Job Requirements:
- 5 +years of experience in US Information Technology recruitment with solid knowledge of technology and software skills.
- Prior experience in a staffing company is a must, with specific exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or fulfilling Direct Manager's requisitions on a Statement of Work (SOW) basis.
- Must have ability to understand customer requirements on technical skills requisitions.
- Skillful in evaluating candidates' fitness for job requirements, demonstrating a keen understanding of both technical demands and customer expectations.
- Strong in sourcing and screening of candidates.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws in the USA and Canada is essential. Bonus points for familiarity with employment regulations in Latin American countries, including immigration considerations.
- Highly experienced in using job boards like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc., social media and networks.
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good communication skills in English.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
