Real World Data ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled Real World Data Consultant to lead our team in managing and delivering real-world data analytics projects for global clients.This is a key role where you will be responsible for owning workstreams, engaging with client stakeholders, and guiding teams in designing and executing data-driven solutions to address commercial and clinical challenges.You will partner with clients to understand their business needs and design appropriate analytical approaches using real-world data. This includes generating insights related to treatment patterns, patient journey, line progression, and outcomes.A successful candidate will oversee the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and client-ready reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.You will manage project timelines, resourcing, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects, as well as mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building in the RWD domain.Key Responsibilities:Lead RWD analytics projects from scoping to delivery, driving high-quality execution and client satisfaction.Partner with clients to understand their business needs and design appropriate analytical approaches using real-world data (claims, EMR, etc.).Generate insights related to treatment patterns, patient journey, line progression, and outcomes.Oversee development of dashboards, data visualizations, and client-ready reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.Manage project timelines, resourcing, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building in the RWD domain.Skills and Qualifications:RWD analytics expertiseData visualization skillsProject managementCommunication skillsTeam managementBenefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
