Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the company's information systems and databases, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting, and supporting various departments with insights that aid decision-making. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) and databases.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports for performance tracking and KPIs.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and security in the database.
  • Provide support and training to team members in using the data tools.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, macros, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and database management.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years.
