Experience:3–5 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamicBusiness Analyst / Solution Developerwith strongPython and Chatbot development expertise, along with excellentcustomer communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with clients to gather and analyze requirements for chatbot/AI solutions.Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions .Develop, customize, and deploy chatbots and conversational AI applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and user satisfaction.Provide client-facing presentations, demos, and ongoing support.Work with Python and AI/ML tools to design scalable solutions.Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in solution development / business analysis .Proficiency in Python programming and chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication ; ability to manage client interactions.Experience with API integration and deployments.Good to HaveKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and NLP.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Prior experience in a combined BA + Developer role.
