Job SummarySynechron is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts, you will contribute to the automation and improvement of testing processes, supporting continuous integration and delivery workflows. Software RequirementsRequired Skills:Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java (version 8+) for automation scriptingExperience with TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins for test automation and continuous integrationGood knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and ZephyrHands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssuredDatabase testing skills with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL ServerDeep understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes Preferred Skills:Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like JenkinsKnowledge of version control systems like GitFamiliarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunnerExposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for testing cloud-based
