Experience: 3-5years Location: Bengaluru, KarnatakaWork Mode: Onsite As a Graphic Designer you will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing a wide range of digital and print materials. You must collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:· Produce digital and print materials for a range of marketing and branding efforts, such as advertisements, brochures, and flyers.· Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative solutions that meet business objectives and effectively communicate our brand message.· Generate high-quality visual content for websites, social media platforms, presentations, as well as other digital and print mediums.· Create engaging GIFs and video content to support marketing campaigns and enhance digital presence.· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meet all deadlines.· Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring all design work meets the required standards.· Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate innovative design practices into the workflow.· Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.· Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary, to produce and deliver top-quality design assets. Key Skills:· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign), basic video editing tools and other design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc).· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.· Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and GIF creation.· Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.· Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
