The positionWe’re looking for No/Low code with expertise in Unqork Platform to join the Unqork team. They support the implementation of Unqork's platform. This includes gathering application requirements.Key Responsibilities:Managing the development teamOverseeing how the team works together and individually, delegating tasks, and helping team members who need helpSprint planning and ticket assignmentDemonstrate leadership and collaboration skills to create a better work environmentMaking technical decisionsConsidering the organization's architecture landscape, business context when making architectural and technical decisionsEnsuring project successCommunicating project requirements and progress to team members and other stakeholders, and managing technical riskRemove blockers and facilitate resolution of issues raised by dev and QA teamsCommunicate and clarify sprint, individual and team prioritiesEnhancing team productivityImproving the developer experience, managing technical debt, and streamlining processesIdentify waste, areas of improvement and provide recommendation to increase team efficiency and productivityProvide development best practice and guidance to junior developersRequired Knowledge and Skills:Any Graduation related to computer scienceIdeally, 8+ years of experience as an application or software developer and/or configuration specialist with Unqork /Pega/Appian/Mendix backgound.Actively leading Domain delivery/New hire training/Knowledge managementDisplays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the jobHas a good understanding of fundamentals of application development and solution designAbility to handle basic day to day requirements of excelPreferred qualificationsRequirementsInsurance domain knowledgeAgile project management experience
