Job Title: Software Application DeveloperHiring experienced professionals from top-tier financial organizations and strong product-based startups to lead software development projects.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules.Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues.Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.Requirements:Strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE, or Python, Spring stack.Well-versed with OOP's concept and design patterns.Good understanding of data structure and algorithms.Experience in building Microservices and knowledge of workflow orchestration.Knowledge of docker and containerization.Good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools.Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure.Familiar with Domain Driven Design.Passionate about agile, Kanban process.Effective communication skills.Ability to manage scope, timelines, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business needs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in product engineering/development.Background in Banking segment and/or Fintech.
