Manufacturing Operations Specialist Job DescriptionThe role of a Manufacturing Operations Specialist is to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment.Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventive maintenance tasks.Operate and maintain Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems for equipment monitoring.Work with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) communication protocols, loop checking, and I/O simulations.Handle field instruments, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.Create and interpret electrical diagrams, designs, and related documents.Minimize downtime by achieving top-class Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time To Establish (MTTE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Yield.Key Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventive maintenance• Operate and maintain HMI systems• Work with PLC communication protocols• Handle field instruments• Create and interpret electrical diagramsAbout the Role:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventive maintenance tasks, as well as operating and maintaining HMI systems for equipment monitoring.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical skills and experience in manufacturing operations. You should be able to troubleshoot machinery efficiently and perform routine preventive maintenance tasks without supervision. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with PLC communication protocols and handle field instruments safely and accurately.
