Workday Systems Integration Specialist

Workday Integrations ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday systems and third-party applications.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday systems and third-party applications using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.Configure and Manage APIs: Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.Implement Inbound and Outbound Integrations: Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.Perform Integration Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.Develop Custom XSLT Transformations: Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.Monitor Integration Performance: Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.Requirements:5-8 Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Workday integrations and related technologies.Workday Studio Expertise: Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data flows and resolve issues efficiently.Benefits:As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.You will also receive competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.Others:This role requires a strong understanding of Workday systems, third-party applications, and integration technologies.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
