Location : Mumbai LowerParelPosition : Lateral RecruiterKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and niche roles across departments.Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role specifications.Source quality profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates’ suitability based on skills, culture fit, andexperience. Drive a strong candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. Negotiate offers and compensation effectively while ensuring internal equity and budget alignment. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Support HR projects such as employer branding or process improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in lateral hiring, preferably in a fast-paced or tech/fintech/start-upenvironment. Proven ability in salary negotiation and offer closure. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.Preferred At Preferred Attributes: Hands-on experience in mid- to senior level hiring across technology, finance, or operations roles. Analytical mindset with an eye for detail in evaluating profiles and market mapping.
