This role offers technical leadership and mentorship influence without direct people-management responsibility, reporting to the Sr. Data Engineering Manager. Your Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine, own, and execute the long-term Data Science roadmapArchitect and lead large-scale analytics and AI initiativesProvide strong technical leadership influencing cross-functional teamsCollaborate with Data Engineering on ETL pipelines and analytics deploymentBuild and deliver production-grade machine learning modelsPrioritize the data science backlog for maximum business impactMentor & guide data scientists on best practices and technical excellencePartner with business leaders to translate use cases into scalable solutionsEnsure alignment with enterprise analytics & strategy goalsDrive adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging technologiesLead experimentation, model optimization, and analytics innovation Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields10–12+ years overall experience, including 8+ years in Data Science / Advanced Analytics2+ years in technical leadership, mentoring, or supervisory capacityProven delivery of production-ready ML solutionsStrong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, PySparkExpertise with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) & DatabricksKnowledge of MLOps tools – MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring Preferred SkillsExperience with Generative AI & LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs)Exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorchSolid understanding of NLP and modern text analyticsAbility to design and optimize Databricks clusters at scaleExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven capability to lead through technical influence What's in It for YouWork on high-impact analytics programs shaping enterprise decisionsCollaborate with highly skilled global teamsContinuous learning with access to modern tools & platformsCareer growth in a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative environmentOpportunity to contribute to a globally recognized technology leader
