Machine Learning EngineerAbout this roleYou will be responsible for designing, validating and integrating cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to recognize and establish project objectives.Develop, validate and implement machine learning models and algorithms.Collaborate with data scientists to understand and define project goals.Maintain data infrastructure and ensure scalability and efficiency of data-related operations.Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of AI and recommend ways to implement them in our operations.Communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.RequirementsA strong grasp of computer architecture, data structures, system software and machine learning fundamentals is required.Experience with mapping NLP models (BERT) to accelerators is essential.Knowledge of Vector databases like Qdrant or similar is necessary.Experience with Large language Models like GPT 3.5, Llama etc. is a must.Design, build and optimization of agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain etc. are required skills.Experience with Generative AI solutions e.g. LLMs for various business use cases is a plus.Experience with deep learning frameworks PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras is necessary.Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks ANNs, Convolutional Neural Networks CNNs is a must.Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and leadership is required.Research background with a publication record is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a related field is essential.
