Job Description
Position: Lead/ Sr. Lead Sales Operations and Order Management
We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of orders and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role is critical to our operational success, directly supporting the Sales Head and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to adapt to dynamic priorities. We are looking for an immediate joiner to fill this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management:
o Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
o Adjust order priorities based on real-time developments.
o Calculate Estimated Readiness Dates (ERDs) considering raw material arrivals and production schedules.
o Allocate stock to orders effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work with the Sales Head to prioritize orders and dispatch schedules.
o Liaise with Purchase and Material Management teams for raw material delivery timelines.
o Collaborate with Stores for issuing kits to production.
o Align production plans with priorities set by the Sales Head.
• Data and Analytics:
o Generate daily and weekly operational and financial reports.
o Provide insights to improve processes and decision-making.
Skills Required:
• Operational Expertise - Experience in managing end-to-end order lifecycles and the ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on changing demands.
• Communication and Collaboration - Strong communication skills for liaising with Sales, Purchase, Production, and Store teams, with expertise in coordinating multiple departments.
• Analytical Skills - Proficiency in calculating Estimated Readiness Dates (ERDs) and expertise in stock allocation and resource optimization.
• Data and Reporting - Expertise in generating daily and weekly operational and financial reports, with a detail-oriented approach to interpreting data for actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency – At least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and data management tools, with familiarity with Tally systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, adaptability to manage dynamic priorities and tight deadlines, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Immediate Availability - Immediate joiners preferred.
• Language – Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is preferred for internal communications
