Visual Creative Leader RoleThe primary responsibility of the Visual Creative Leader is to conceptualize and develop high-quality visual content for games. We seek a self-motivated, versatile, and experienced leader to spearhead our game art team.Key Responsibilities:Define and establish a compelling visual direction, style guides, and visual identity for games.Contribute to 2D art creation and provide creative guidance.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of artists (2D, VFX, UI/UX). Develop and implement effective strategies for team collaboration and growth.The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in conception, 2D art, and technical pipelines. Experience with optimizing and implementing art assets for game engines is crucial.Requirements:Strong educational background or equivalent experience in 2D, video game development, or related fields.At least 10 years of experience in creating game art, with at least 5 years in senior-level positions.A robust portfolio showcasing diverse game art styles, polished final assets, and concept-to-delivery work.Experience working on published games from inception to release is highly desirable.As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities for growth and professional development.
