garage to global, this role is for you.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Full-Stack Developerwho can work across theMERN stackusingNextJS, NestJS, and modern, future-ready frameworks.You'll be responsible for developing and deployingcore modules across 18 microservices, building afront-end experience tied to Figma precision, and ensuringbackend efficiency, scalability, and security.You'll work closely withdesign, product, and development teamsto implement directions for an ad-tech software suite that's complex, performance-oriented, and designed for amulti-tenant, AI-native, programmatic future.This is a full-time onsite opportunity in South Delhi—no remote or hybrid options available.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain end-to-end features across a MERN stack with NextJS and NestJS integration.Contribute to and maintain a microservice-driven architecture (18+ ready services).Implement front-end components with pixel-perfect precision from Figma and Adobe XD designs.Collaborate with product and design teams to bring gamified SaaS features and ad-tech flows to life.Optimize performance for cloud-agnostic deployment on private VPS and bare-metal infrastructure.Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code — ready for scale.Build reusable component libraries and internal APIs for modular growth.Maintain best practices for security, CI/CD, versioning, and testing.Participate in on-site technical reviews and whiteboard sessions.Technical RequirementsStrong experience with MongoDB, , , (MERN) .Proven proficiency in NextJS and NestJS (preferred).Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript , TailwindCSS , HTML5 , and CSS3 .Ability to implement frontend design systems from Figma and Adobe tools with pixel accuracy.Understanding of API integration, microservices communication , and authentication systems (OAuth2/JWT) .Hands-on with server configuration , deployment scripts , and cloud-agnostic environments (VPS, DigitalOcean, AWS Lightsail, bare-metal setups).Working knowledge of data structures, algorithmic problem-solving , and asynchronous programming .Ability to debug and optimize performance across full-stack pipelines.Mindset & ExpectationsOn-site role only: candidate must be Delhi-based (preferably South Delhi ) and able to work from the office daily.Must be available for on-site interviews and coding assessments (online interviews are not conducted ).Must demonstrate independent thinking, ownership, and adaptability in a small-team environment.Comfortable with uncertainty and velocity — this is a garage-based, investment-mode startup , not a service shop.Strong bias for execution, speed, and accountability .AI-native mindset but strong manual coding skills
