The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting operations including billing, invoicing, payments, and receipts.Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, vouchers).Prepare and update financial records, statements, and reports.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.Handle petty cash management and maintain expense sheets.Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and basic statutory requirements.Support auditors during internal and external audits.Maintain documentation, files, and accounting databases.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.1–3 years of experience in accounting or office finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP, MS Excel).Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and coordination skills.
