Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics Delivery LeadershipOversee end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data analytics, and BI programs.Develop data delivery frameworks, KPIs, quality gates, and governance playbooks. Project & Technical OversightLead projects across data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehousing, big data platforms, and real-time analytics.Provide technical guidance in Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Python. People ManagementLead multidisciplinary data teams (data engineers, analysts, architects).Manage hiring, team ramp-up/ramp-down, delivery capacity planning. Client & Stakeholder CollaborationOwn senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of business and technical outcomes.Review data strategies, solution architectures, and roadmap execution. Governance, Risk & QualityDrive strong delivery governance, documentation practices, and risk control.Ensure data quality, lineage tracking, validation frameworks, and security compliance. AI & Intelligent AutomationProvide strategic understanding of AI Agents, advanced analytics, and ML enablement. Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics delivery, or data platform leadership.Hands-on expertise with Azure/AWS data stacks, distributed processing, SQL/Python, ETL/ELT frameworks.Strong understanding of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), data governance, metadata, and MDM.Experience managing large-scale enterprise data initiatives.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability.
