Job DescriptionAs a Senior Associate, Data Management at our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team to implement the Data Warehouse solution within our internal system. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data design and develop solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM) system by leveraging data from across various internal applications and data vendors.Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.Develop processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages and their application, including SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure; data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.Required Skills and Qualifications:Professional work experience in Master Data Management, hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.Benefits:Opportunity to work with Pharma/Life Science global customers.Challenging, transparent, and supportive work environment.Opportunity to grow rapidly in your career along with the company – get in at the right time.Competitive comp and benefits.Business casual dress policy.About UsOur organization is a fast-growing company with passionate, energetic, and dedicated people working in a dynamic and friendly environment.
