Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Application Support Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering projects that improve service delivery and owning the triage, investigation, and resolution of complex technical issues.ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects that enhance the service delivery of our Application Support teamAct as a primary point of contact for escalated product issues from our account and customer success teamsRequirementsWe are looking for someone with a strong technical background and excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and data skills. Familiarity with AWS services or similar experience is required, along with active SQL skills and experience with release management toolset and service reporting tools like Datadog.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams are essential. Familiarity with Hubspot and Jira is also appreciated.The systems we support run in browsers, mobile applications, and payment terminals, while the backend systems use AWS and are principally written in Typescript on a lambda, postgres, DynamoDB stack and using an event-driven architecture. We monitor our products using tools and dashboardings in products like Datadog and Sentry.
