Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring every joiner and leaver feels supported.The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end HR generalist/ people-ops, with a proven track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesDrive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences; ensure every joiner and leaver feels supported.Organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events (virtual & in-person) that boost belonging and retention.Answer all employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.RequirementsBring 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Have some experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Have a track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact.Excel at people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.Are high on ownership, integrity and come with a learning mindset.Hold a Bachelor's in HR / Business / Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
