Business Intelligence Expert Role Summary:This position plays a pivotal role in driving informed business decisions through data analysis and strategic reporting.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing foundational skills in understanding the fundamentals of our products and portfolios. They will deepen their understanding of data infrastructure and analytical tools to conduct risk analysis, partner with the analytical community to ensure data availability, collaborate with commercial engagement teams and LOBs to identify KPIs/KRIs, and leverage SQL and Python to query existing data and run analysis on our data and models.Key responsibilities include:Developing dashboard and packaged reporting for delivery to key stakeholders.Monitoring KPI/KRI universe and setting standards for reporting.Pairing reporting with business activities to provide context and meaning in order to drive actionable outcomes.Preparing reporting for management with strategic recommendations and action plans created in collaboration with LOBs and risk stakeholders.QualificationsTo excel in this role, candidates should possess:A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.2+ years analytics experience (business intelligence, data visualization, portfolio analytics etc.) with a proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business or product decisions.Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
