As a Technical Recruiter, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts for technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent in the technology sector. This role combines strategy and hands-on recruiting expertise to drive the success of our recruitment team and meet the company's staffing needs.
Recruitment:
- Full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to identify and attract top technical candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand and attract talent.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and feedback.
