Senior Business Analyst - NoidaWork Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)Location: NoidaCompensation: Best in industry, based on experienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s growing team in Noida. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale, cross-platform solutions, partnering closely with business leaders and technology teams to drive high-quality outcomes through strong analysis, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in requirements engineering, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the technical acumen required to operate effectively in Agile and SDLC-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements EngineeringLead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain key artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.Ensure requirement traceability across the project lifecycle and manage change effectively.Analytical & Problem SolvingAnalyze complex business problems, interpret data, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and decision-support documentation.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions; negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.Leadership & MentorshipMentor junior Business Analysts, promoting skill development and best practices.Contribute to team effectiveness through leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.Domain & Technical ContributionApply domain knowledge to deliver high-impact business solutions.Work hands-on with product and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) within Agile/Scrum and SDLC frameworks.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong exposure to requirements engineering and stakeholder management.Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master exposure or certification is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consistent record of delivering effective business solutions.Solid domain knowledge with the ability to apply it to real-world business challenges.Technical proficiency with product and project management tools and a strong understanding of SDLC frameworks.Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams in a fast-paced environment.Why Join UsBe part of a high-growth organization where your expertise will directly influence product quality, business outcomes, and team success—while working on innovative solutions in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.Apply: careers@talentumhr.co.in
