Key Motion and Post-Production Leader RoleWe are seeking an accomplished and skilled leader in the field of motion design, CGI, and post-production to drive innovation and excellence within a world-class creative production hub.This role combines visionary leadership with technical expertise, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of artists, animators, and editors who bring creative ideas to life - turning brand experiences into cinematic masterpieces for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.Motion and Post-Production Leadership:• Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate the motion and post-production pipeline, from concept to final delivery.• Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.• Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to translate briefs into motion-first executions.Creative and Technical Execution:• Be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools.• Direct and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors to maintain the studio's creative benchmark.• Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Workflow, Process, and Quality Governance:• Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects.• Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency.• Partner with automation and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation or AI-assisted workflows.Team Development and Capability Growth:• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.• Drive internal training on new software, motion trends, and cinematic design principles.• Build a strong creative feedback culture that balances mentorship with performance accountability.Collaboration and Integration:• Work closely with regional teams to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.• Collaborate with Digital, Print, and Automation teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.• Engage in new business pitches and creative development discussions, providing technical insight and creative elevation.Requirements:• At least 15 years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably in large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.• Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve).• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.• Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.• Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience in studio setup, pipeline design, and workflow automation for motion/VFX.• Exposure to AR/VR, 3D visualization, or immersive content creation.• Knowledge of scripting or plug-in integration for efficiency.• Experience in color management workflows.• Prior leadership in a creative production, post house, or integrated agency environment.
