About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Agile delivery professional with expertise in Business Analysis and strong knowledge of Healthcare technology.Core ResponsibilitiesMain Initiatives:Lead cross-functional teams to drive Agile projects, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver domain-driven outcomes.Facilitate end-to-end Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release readiness.Skill Development:Coach teams on delivery standards, velocity improvement, and continuous value delivery.Own sprint artifacts: backlog creation, prioritization, capacity planning, burndown tracking, and delivery governance metrics.Business Analysis:Gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain functional documentation.Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Developers, Data teams, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.Testing and Quality Assurance:Run UAT cycles — test coordination, clarifications, triage, closure, and stakeholder sign-off.Domain Expertise:Apply healthcare knowledge to workflows such as payer systems, Medicaid, eligibility, claims processing, provider onboarding, compliance, or similar.RequirementsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirement gathering and documentation.Knowledge of Healthcare technology and related systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Able to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects.Professional development and growth opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Other InformationPlease note that this is a challenging role requiring strong technical and business skills.
