Our goal is to change the sexual health and wellness landscape in India by creating a leading consumer healthcare company and we are looking for key team members to be part of this journey

Position Overview:
The Visual Communication Designer will be responsible for creating visual content that communicates our brand message effectively across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visual media, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design visual content for a variety of media including websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all visual outputs.
- Create visual concepts, layouts, and designs that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.
- Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
- Work on a variety of design projects including infographics, brochures, posters, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and design software.
- Ensure all designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in visual communication design, graphic design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print work.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
