This role combines strategic vision, architectural excellence, and hands-on technical depth to design, build, and scale AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the AI, Gen AI, and AI Architecture strategy, aligning advanced technologies with organizational goals.- Architect and lead AI/ML ecosystems — spanning data pipelines, model development, orchestration, deployment, and governance.- Design robust, scalable AI architectures integrating LLMs, Gen AI workflows, and RAG pipelines within enterprise environments.- Lead innovation using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Llama, Mistral, and GPT, and build agentic AI systems leveraging frameworks like Autogen, Lang Graph, and Crew AI.- Build and optimize Generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering, Lo RA/QLo RA fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).- Oversee AI platform engineering and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, reliability, and performance.- Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to deliver AI-driven architectures and solutions that accelerate digital transformation.- Represent the organization in AI thought leadership, driving innovation discussions at industry events and forums.Qualifications:- 15+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Architecture, including senior leadership roles.- Proven success in architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI systems and Gen AI platforms.- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and multi-cloud AI infrastructure.- Strong command of Python, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and modern AI/ML frameworks.- Track record of building and leading high-performing AI and architecture teams delivering measurable business outcomes.- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph D in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.Ideal Candidate:A visionary and execution-focused AI architect and leader who combines innovation, strategy, and hands-on expertise to transform complex AI technologies into scalable, high-impact business solutions.
