International Coding Educator Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team as an International Coding Educator. As an International Coding Educator, you will deliver high-quality online coding classes to students aged 5–18 from around the world.Your primary responsibility will be to teach both block-based and text-based programming skills to students, covering topics such as app development, web development, game development, software development, AI, and robotics. You will also adapt your teaching style to match the learning patterns of different age groups, ensuring a fun and engaging learning experience for all students.This role demands not only technical expertise but also excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as a deep understanding of child and adolescent learning psychology. You will be expected to design curriculum-aligned projects that inspire students and foster a student-centric learning environment.To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of teaching experience in coding or programming to school or college students, with a strong command of both block-based and text-based programming languages. You should also be familiar with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication, engagement, and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to helping students develop essential programming skills.
