The Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and addressing chargeback cases, identifying fraud patterns, and preventing fraudulent activities. Daily tasks include reviewing transactions, conducting fraud analysis, and handling communication with stakeholders. The analyst will be expected to utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement effective solutions to minimize chargeback incidents.
