Responsibilities

As an AI Artist in R&D at Studio Skwer, you will:

  • Conduct research to explore and experiment with AI tools and methodologies in art creation.
  • Prototype and develop innovative AI-driven solutions for visual effects, animations, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to identify areas where AI can enhance workflows and artistic outputs.
  • Train and customize AI models tailored to the unique needs of Studio Skwer projects.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI and machine learning, identifying tools and techniques to incorporate into the studio’s offerings.
  • Transition successful R&D experiments into production for films, ads, and campaigns.
  • Document processes, findings, and applications to contribute to the studio’s knowledge base.


Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Artistic and Technical Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills, including experience with AI-driven projects.
  • R&D Experience: Passion for exploring uncharted territories in AI and creativity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with AI tools like Comfy UI, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Runway ML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for AI model development and customization.
  • Industry Experience: A background in graphics, CG, or VFX is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to test, evaluate, and optimize AI tools for creative applications.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment.
