Job Title: Senior Project ManagerJob Description:The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading end-to-end project delivery for technical and operational initiatives. This position serves as the central point of coordination across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with business goals.This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on SaaS implementation, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Lead the full end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery for technical and operational projects.Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and manage project and milestone plans that provide visibility, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes.Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and status checkpoints to maintain alignment and accountability.Monitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.Benefits:Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify risks early, and drive solutions proactively.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and project reporting frameworks.Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.
