Software Quality Assurance SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.You will drive software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.Develop test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources.Work alongside other team members in undertaking testing during development sprints and product releases.Interact with business analysts/product owners and customer representatives to assess if acceptance criteria have been met.Collaborate with development team members to set up and run automated tests using Selenium and write/maintain automated test scripts in C# using Spec Flow and Selenium.Support external test partners in carrying out specialist testing activities such as load/performance testing.Develop and implement a test automation strategy to ensure increasing testing coverage.Assist with bug/defect tracking, debugging, and fixing where necessary.Oversee the creation of a test environment and ensure it is deployed to test latest/new development.Continuously improve efficiency within delivery teams.Ensure penetration and performance testing aligns with company policy and customer expectations.Mentor R&D teams in QA and SDLC processes, supporting personal development goals.About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium and C#.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:A generous pension scheme.Ongoing professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.What We Offer:As a leading organization in the industry, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including:A collaborative and innovative work environment.The opportunity to work on high-profile projects.A comprehensive training program to support your career development.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
