AIC SNU, a technology business incubator facilitating creation successful enterprises by providing them with a comprehensive and integrated range of support, including incubator space, technology infrastructure, knowledge-based resources, mentorship, business support and networking opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Work closely with the CEO to design, develop and run Incubation / Acceleration program.
2) Collaboration and business development for the incubation centre.
3) Plan and execute new cohort onboarding, scouting and selecting the relevant startups.
4) Stakeholder management and maintaining relationships with the highest levels of State & Central Government.
5) Handling international programs and Investors as well as two-way relationships with Ambassadors, Consultants & International Institutions.
6) Maintaining relationships with senior management level in Corporates and bodies like CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI etc.
7) Nurturing relationships with Grant giving departments besides maintaining relationships with Start-up India, CSIR etc.
8) Creating strategic plans aligned to expectations of Central Government, State Government as well as the founding team and Board.
9) Maintain a very broad visibility of the tech innovation landscape and participate in tech evaluation for selecting start-ups to support.
10) Maintain a network of relationships with CTO's and CXO's in various organizations and set the sectoral focus and priority areas for intake of fresh start-ups for the coming two to three years.
11) Maintain a network of Angels / VC's & evaluate senior start-ups for financial support.

Qualification:
1) Bachelor/ master’s degree in Social Science, Technology with experience in business development and sales.
2) Preferred related experience as a pursuit of Business development for incubators/accelerators or
startups or allied.
3) Client presentable personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to summarize build proposals.
