Job Title: OTBI Analyst

Experience: 3–5+ years

Location: Indore / Pune / Remote

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OTBI Analyst to configure Oracle OTBI modules, generate and optimize reports, support system testing and UAT, document processes, and provide post-implementation support. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced PL/SQL expertise, and excellent Excel capabilities. Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain domains is essential.

Mandatory Tech Stack / Skills:

• Oracle OTBI Report Modules
• Advanced PL/SQL queries, procedures, and scripting
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros using VBA or Office Script)
• Domain experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle OTBI modules to meet business requirements
• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Generate, validate, optimize, and schedule OTBI reports
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot integrations
• Support data cleansing and migration activities from Oracle iProcurement/Ariba to Oracle Cloud ERP
• Document processes, configurations, report logic; create user guides and training materials
• Provide end-user training and support during implementation
• Collaborate with technical teams (integration, DBA, middleware) to resolve issues
• Assist business users in defining report requirements, metrics, and KPIs

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years as an OTBI Analyst or similar reporting role
• Strong expertise in Oracle OTBI report modules and Oracle Supply Chain applications
• Advanced skills in Oracle PL/SQL and Excel (including macros)
• Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain domains
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Agile development processes
• Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills are a plus
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake is desirable
• Knowledge of supplier qualification management processes is a plus
• Oracle certifications in OTBI or Supplier Management are desirable but not mandatory
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
