Data AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in dental practice management systems and financial analysis.Analyse, interpret, and validate data across various Dental Practice Management Software platforms.Understand and navigate PMS interfaces such as Patient Demographics, Ledgers, Appointments, Treatment Plans, Claims & Insurance, Guarantors & Financial Responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed analysis on financial and operational metrics: Production & Collection, Production Adjustments & Collection Adjustments, Accounts Receivable (AR) & Insurance AR.Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation for reporting, analytics, and migration projects.Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation or process-improvement opportunities in PMS workflows.Assist with test planning, QA, and validation efforts for PMS-related enhancements and data integrations.Prepare process documentation, requirements, and user guides as needed.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and PMS workflows.Experience with at least one major Dental PMS; familiarity with multiple systems is a major plus.Solid understanding of dental financial concepts and ledger-level details.Experience with insurance workflows, claims lifecycle, and AR management.Preferred / Additional Skills:Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, or troubleshooting.Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Proficiency in documentation and project-tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
