Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Editor for Newsable (English) to lead and elevate the brand in the digital space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing resources, and building a cohesive, high-performing editorial team that ensures seamless synergy across TV, Print, and Digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

- Traffic Growth: Drive a 5x increase in traffic by the end of the year through impactful content strategies and optimization.

- Synergy Across Platforms: Establish seamless collaboration among TV, Print, and Digital platforms for consistent, high-quality content.

- Team Optimization: Maximize the output of the editorial team by leveraging available resources and talent effectively.

- Brand Building: Collaborate with the social media team to enhance brand awareness and establish Asianxt Newsable as a leading digital news platform.

- Content Growth: Increase content volumes, including articles and videos, to engage and grow the audience.

- Team Development: Build, mentor, and strengthen the editorial team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

- Performance Management: Regularly update KRAs for team members and conduct quarterly performance reviews to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with organizational goals.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in editorial leadership within a digital or multimedia environment.

- Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive growth through content optimization.

- Excellent communication and team-building skills, with a focus on creating synergy within cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple content streams and ensure high-quality production.

- Strong understanding of digital trends, social media, and content marketing.
