Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native development, with experience working with cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to deliver smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. We offer a collaborative, supportive, and growth-driven environment where your ideas are valued.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Work with native modules and integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and SDKs.Optimize application performance and ensure smooth UI/UX across devices.Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build reliable and scalable features.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.Debug and fix issues to ensure high-quality app performance.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.Required Skills & Experience:* 2–3 years of professional experience in React Native development.* Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, ES6+ concepts.* Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).* Familiarity with React Hooks, functional components, and modern architecture patterns.* Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.* Solid understanding of debugging tools, performance profiling, and app optimization.* Knowledge of mobile build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.* Experience with Git, version control, and collaborative workflows.Benefits:* Opportunity to work on challenging and modern mobile applications.* Collaborative, supportive, and growth-driven environment.* Exposure to new technologies and best engineering practices.* Work directly with teams building impactful digital experiences for some of the largest brands in the country.* A culture that encourages innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
