Job TitleSkillful Backend Developer NeededWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and services.You will collaborate with product and frontend teams to define and deliver new features.In this role, you will optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend infrastructure.Additionally, you will work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to design efficient and scalable schemas.You will implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection protocols.Furthermore, you will write clean, modular, and well-documented code.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the tech industry while working on challenging projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and servicesCollaborate with product and frontend teams to define and deliver new featuresOptimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend infrastructureWork with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to design efficient and scalable schemasImplement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection protocolsWrite clean, modular, and well-documented codeSet up background jobs, cron tasks, and integrations with third-party servicesTroubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system resilienceRequired Skills and QualificationsFamiliarity with backend development using Node.js, TypeScript or PythonStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservice architecturesProficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDBFamiliarity with data security, authentication flows, token management (JWT/OAuth)Experience with version control tools like GitUnderstanding of DevOps basics, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or DigitalOcean)Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patternsGood understanding of System Design and Software Development Life CycleDesirable SkillsFamiliarity with NestJS, and Express.jsFamiliarity with serverless architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)Understanding of healthcare data compliance (HIPAA, NDHM, etc.)Good understanding of Linux Administration and work experience in and with online health care systems with other companies in the past
