The role of Senior ETL Developer involves integrating and mapping customer data from various source systems to our industry-leading platform. This position requires utilizing strong technical skills in data migration, scripting, and organizational expertise to ensure efficient and accurate client data conversion to the organization's platform.Performing extract, transform, load (ETL) activities is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate data conversions.Providing in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios enables the development of innovative solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to project governance.Maintaining business requirements through solution design using tools like requirements traceability matrices (RTM) is essential.Presenting findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups is a critical aspect of this role.Identifying and documenting data gaps allows for change impact and downstream impact analysis to be conducted.This role involves collaboration with clients and/or Project Managers throughout the conversion/integration process. Strong SQL scripting experience and knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies are necessary for this position. Experience in cloud and application integrations, as well as customer SIT, UAT, migration and go live support, is also required. The successful candidate will ensure client data is converted/integrated accurately and within deadlines established by Project Manager.Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in data visualization tools and experience with data quality assurance processes are highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesData Integration: Design and implement data integration workflows to combine data from multiple sources into a single, unified view.ETL Development: Develop and maintain ETL scripts to extract, transform, and load data into the organization's platform.Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data validation and error handling procedures.Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:Strong understanding of data integration concepts and technologies.Proficiency in SQL programming language.Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
