Product Design Lead OpportunityThis is a leadership position within the product design team where you will drive our product and design outcomes.We're looking for someone with significant ownership and autonomy to oversee the end-to-end design of dashboards and workflows for our Shopify-based SaaS product.About the RoleOwning the full design lifecycle, from research to launch, to deliver high-value user experiences and designs that achieve business goals.Collaborating with product managers to discover user needs and preferences.Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specs using Figma.Maintaining scalable design systems across products.Evaluating customer issues through quantitative and qualitative data sources.Presenting design rationale and facilitating reviews with product managers and engineers.Mentoring junior designers and advocating for design best practices within the team.Requirements:At least 2 years experience as a product designer (full-time work only).Proficiency in Figma.Strong UX and visual design skills; ability to simplify complex workflows.Experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.Understanding of user-centered design and product strategy.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities Include:Ownership of the design vision and direction.Collaboration with cross-functional teams.User research and testing.Design system development and maintenance.Stakeholder management and communication.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the product design landscape and advance your career in a dynamic environment.
