We guide product development from initial concept to final production, incorporating innovative mechanical designs to enhance functionality and market appeal.Human Resource Executive· Start Date: Immediate· Location: My Design Minds, RZ-16, Third Floor, Mahindra Park, Near Hero Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Delhi · Salary: 10, ,000 Per Month· Job Type: Full-time· Experience: 0-2 yearsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.Employee Relations:Address employee queries and resolve issues promptly.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.Performance Management:Assist in the performance review process.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.Implement training and development programs.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.Conduct audits of HR processes and procedures.Compensation and Benefits:Assist in salary negotiations and benefits administration.Process payroll and handle related queries.Manage employee benefits programs.Application Instructions:Please submit a resume at or contact us at Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Uttam Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Location: In person
