Role Overview :

Switch Abroad is a new and dynamic company focused on helping students pursue their dream of studying abroad. We are looking for a Digital Student Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for driving the recruitment of students and referral partners.
This role requires you to work independently , manage the entire process from designing strategy, lead generation to onboarding, and execute cost-effective strategies to ensure growth.

This is not just a typical marketing role—your primary focus will be sourcing and onboarding students as well as referral partners who want to study abroad and also building strong relationships with referral partners.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual who thrives in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :

Source & Onboard Students and Referral Partners :
Proactively reach out to potential students (via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, and video calls) who have completed their Bachelor’s degree (especially in tech fields like Engineering) and guide them on studying abroad options.
Build and nurture relationships with referral partners who can help bring in more students.
Understand the students’ aspirations, pitch suitable abroad education programs, and handle their onboarding process from start to finish.

Webinar Creation & Execution :
Design and host engaging webinars to inform and convert leads into students.
Follow up with attendees and work toward converting them into active clients.

Creative Content & Landing Pages :
Use Canva to design visually appealing materials like social posts, digital ads, and presentations.
Create and manage WordPress landing pages for lead capture, promotions, and campaigns.

Lead Management & Conversion :
Develop and manage a system for lead generation , follow-up, and lead nurturing.
Create a clear pipeline of potential students, tracking their progress through the recruitment funnel and ensuring they attend webinars, engage with information, and successfully onboard them.

End-to-End Ownership :
Take full ownership of building a strategy to recruit students, manage leads, follow up, and oversee the onboarding process.
Work independently, problem-solve, and create efficient processes for student acquisition and referral partner onboarding.

Key Skills Needed :
Communication : Fluent in English; Hindi and any regional languages are a bonus.
Digital Outreach : Experience in sourcing leads and engaging with prospects through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Design & Presentation : Ability to design eye-catching materials using Canva and create functional landing pages on WordPress.
Organization & Strategy : Proven ability to create lead management systems, follow-up schedules, and conversion strategies on your own.

Qualifications :
Experience in digital marketing, recruitment, or sales with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
Ability to work independently, manage your time, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have prior experience working in a role where you were responsible for generating leads, pitching, and onboarding clients/students.
