QA Engineer – PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Experience: 5–10 Years (minimum 2+ years in PCC Testing) Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week Locations: Chennai (including Salem & Trichy), Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon, Bhubaneswar, Gujarat Work Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM IST About the Role: We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer – PowerCurve Collections (PCC) to drive quality assurance across collections strategies, configuration changes, and integrations within the Experian PowerCurve platform . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collections workflows and proven experience validating complex strategy logic in financial systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and regression test suites for PCC. Validate strategy configurations, Design Studio workflows, and outcomes against business rules. Conduct functional, integration, system, and UAT testing across PCC modules. Verify data flows between PCC and external systems such as dialers, payment gateways, and core banking systems. Perform SQL-based validation and back-end data testing to ensure accuracy and integrity. Support automation for repetitive test scenarios. Track, manage, and resolve defects with detailed root cause analysis. Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to maintain QA standards across releases. Participate in migration testing and post-deployment validation. Skills & Experience: 5–10 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 2+ years in PowerCurve Collections (PCC) testing. Strong understanding of collections workflows, segment allocation, and treatment paths. Proficient in SQL for backend validation and reporting checks. Experience with Postman/SOAP UI , API testing, and batch interface validations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to financial collections processes (hardship, disputes, compliance). Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
