Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Noida/ KochiJob Summary:Cloud Devops EngineerJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, serverless computing, cloud security principles, and identity management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC toolsDevelop and maintain serverless applications using AWS LambdaCreate automated workflows and solutions to improve operational efficiencyConfigure and manage infrastructure automation using AnsibleDesign and implement secure network architectures using Security Groups and NACLsArchitect and implement proper IAM strategies including roles, permissions, and access boundariesEstablish clear security personas and role-based access control modelsEnsure principle of least privilege is applied across all cloud resourcesTroubleshoot and resolve operational incidents across cloud environmentsCollaborate with development teams to implement infrastructure requirementsEnsure infrastructure complies with security best practices and organizational policiesRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in cloud engineering roles (AWS)Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioningExperience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functions and event-driven architecturesDemonstrated expertise in building automation solutions for infrastructure managementExperience with GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CDAdvanced knowledge of Ansible for configuration managementDeep understanding of network security concepts including Security Groups and NACLsExpertise in IAM, permission models, and implementing security boundariesExperience designing and implementing role-based access control systemsUnderstanding of security personas and how to map technical controls to business rolesExperience with incident response and operational troubleshootingStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex infrastructure issuesKnowledge of monitoring and observability toolsPreferred QualificationsRelevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification etc.)Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging solutionsBackground in DevOps practices and methodologiesExperience with Python, , or other languages commonly used for automationFamiliarity with event-driven architecture patternsExperience with implementing service control policies and permission boundaries
