About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter with expertise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of working with complex technical roles, a strong understanding of industry-specific talent pools to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing verticals (contract, direct hire, and executive searches).Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and niche platforms.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, etc.) to identify top-tier candidates.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles.Experience managing multiple requisitions with tight deadlines.Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter etc.).Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
