Your work will directly support our performance marketing team and help boost client revenue across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves trends, creators, and fast-paced content.What You’ll DoEdit short-form videos (Reels/UGC ads) using CapCutAdd captions, overlays, and text that match high-performing ad stylesStudy Instagram/TikTok trends and share new creative ideasUnderstand brand products and suggest content anglesResearch influencers & creators for brand collaborationsHelp coordinate basic brand–creator partnershipsAssist the creative team with organizing and delivering assetsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong interest in Gen Z culture, fashion, and internet trendsBasic video editing skills (CapCut/VN etc.)Active on Instagram and familiar with what performs wellGood sense of aesthetics, hooks, and storytellingEager to learn performance-driven contentStrong communication and coordination skillsWhat You’ll GetOn-site role with a young, fast-paced teamTraining on high-performing ad contentWork with top fashion & streetwear brandsClear growth path toward Creative Strategist roles
